Snapflo is a mobile application that allows users to:

• Create, record, and mix hip hop music and vocals
• Access a library of beats and instrumental tracks
• Publish and share their musical creations
• Participate in music competitions and contests
• Interact with other users and vote on content
• Access community features and social interactions

User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

• Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• Accuracy: You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• One Account: Each user may maintain only one active account

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You may not transfer your account to another person

User Content and Conduct

Content Ownership

• Your Content: You retain ownership of original content you create and upload
• License Grant: By publishing content, you grant Snapflo a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content within the Service
• Beat Library: Beats provided in our library are licensed for use within the Snapflo platform

Prohibited Content

You may not create, upload, or share content that:

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory language
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains explicit sexual content or nudity
• Promotes violence or illegal activities
• Contains spam, malware, or deceptive practices
• Violates privacy rights of others

Community Guidelines

• Respect: Treat all users with respect and courtesy
• Authenticity: Be genuine in your interactions and content
• Fair Play: Participate honestly in competitions and voting
• Constructive Feedback: Provide helpful and respectful feedback to other creators

Competitions and Contests

Participation

• Participation in contests is voluntary and subject to specific contest rules
• Contest entries must comply with these Terms and contest-specific guidelines
• Winners are selected based on community voting and/or judging criteria

Prizes and Rewards

• Prize eligibility and distribution are subject to verification and compliance
• Taxes on prizes are the responsibility of winners
• Prizes have no cash value unless specifically stated

Intellectual Property

Snapflo's IP

• The Snapflo app, beats library, and platform features are our intellectual property
• You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of our platform
• Our trademarks and branding may not be used without permission

Copyright Protection

• We respect intellectual property rights and expect users to do the same
• We will respond to valid DMCA takedown notices
• Repeat copyright infringers may have their accounts terminated

Payment and Subscriptions

Free and Paid Features

• Basic features of Snapflo are provided free of charge
• Premium features may require subscription or one-time payment
• Prices and features are subject to change with notice

Billing and Cancellation

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are provided according to applicable app store policies
• You may cancel subscriptions through your device's app store settings

Privacy and Data

Service Availability

• Uptime: We strive to maintain service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime
